Steps to obtain your Bus Authority 

1. Schedule a Medical check with your local doctor, explaining that it is for your Bus Authority.
2. Conduct a Criminal Record Check through an online provider.
3. Review your driving history with Service NSW, addressing any concerns, particularly related to fines.
4. Enroll in a Bus Authority Course offered by Connect Coaches or similar organizations.
5. Submit your Bus Authority application to Transport NSW and await approval.

Our two-day Medium Rigid Licence Course, conducted in Springfield, commences at 8:00am at our depot on Wells Street. On Day 1, from 8:00am to 4:00pm, you will be trained and assessed on Criteria 1-15 in our 35-seat coach by Liam Green. Day 2, from 8:00am to 3:30pm, focuses on completing remaining competencies of Criteria 1-15 with Liam Green. From 4:00pm to 5:00pm, a separate assessor will conduct the final assessment as required by RMS. An additional cost of $140 per hour applies for extra time beyond the allocated 16 hours, should you need it to meet licensing standards. The training schedule may vary, subject to vehicle availability.
