A note to our passengers in response to Coronavirus (COVID-19)
The health and wellbeing of our passengers & drivers is taken very seriously by Liam & Alison at Connect Coaches.
We would like to reassure our valued passengers that we are monitoring the situation on a daily basis and are following the advice of the Australian Government's Department of Health.
At this time, we have either rescheduled or cancelled all of our day tours up until the end of June.
We ask for your patience & understanding at this time as we contact venues that we are booked in to visit in the coming weeks/months. We aim to reschedule many of these upcoming day tours for dates later in the year. We are hoping that many of our passengers who have booked tours with us are able to attend on these new dates. That way, we can simply transfer their booking to this new date. If unable to attend on this rescheduled date, we will discuss other options with you when we contact you.
With regard to theatre events, we are waiting for the individual theatres to make a decision about their upcoming shows & we will be guided by their decision. At this stage, the following shows that we had purchased tickets for have been cancelled & passengers have been refunded: Menopause The Musical, The Secret Garden & The Sapphires.
We are still waiting for the new dates to be released for 9 To 5 The Musical. Once we receive this email from TicketMaster, we will reserve tickets for a matinee performance & then contact those who have already purchased ticket/s for this show. If unable to attend on this new date, we will then issue a refund.
As yet, we have not been advised if Come From Away (26th August) & The Wharf Revue (9th September) will be proceeding.
It is highly likely that we will reschedule our 2 day Yulefest at The Carrington (23rd-24th July) for 10th-11th December. We will make our decision by mid-May & contact passengers to advise them of any change in date.
If passengers have upcoming day tours which they have not yet paid for & the due date is approaching, we ask that they postpone paying for these until we contact you with the new date for this tour. If we cancel a day tour or you are unable to attend on the rescheduled date, we will issue a refund.

We thank you for your patronage in the past & sincerely hope that we can continue to provide you with many more enjoyable day tours & events in the not-too-distant future.
