Connect Coaches is a small, family run business, based on the NSW Central Coast.

We can provide you with a more comfortable & personalised experience as we own three mini buses (1 x 12 seated Toyota HiAce & 2 x Mercedes Sprinter 14 seaters) & a mini coach (16 seated) with leather reclining seats & plenty of legroom.

A Message From Liam & Alison - 16/7/2021

In line with NSW State Government regulations recently announced, we are in the process of cancelling or rescheduling our tours and events until the end of July.

If you had a booking that falls within this period, Liam or Alison will contact you (if they haven't done so already).

It is highly likely that other tours & events planned for August will need to be rescheduled or cancelled. Liam or Alison will contact those people who have upcoming bookings with Connect Coaches once they have spoken with the venues involved.

To assist us, we ask that passengers please do not  pay their invoices for upcoming tours & events at this point in time (even if the due date has arrived). This makes the administration part of our job much easier if the tours/events you are booked on need to be cancelled or you cannot attend on the rescheduled date.

We will continue to follow our Covid-19 Safety Plan to ensure the safety & well-being of our passengers & drivers. 

As a tour operator, we are required by law to have a Covid-19 safety plan. This plan includes:

  • Checking that all passengers have checked in using our QR code before boarding our vehicle
  • Taking the temperature of all passengers before they board our vehicle at the start of the day
  • The Driver & Guide wearing a face mask, if this is in line with NSW Government Health regulations at the time of travel
  • Encouraging social distancing, wherever possible
  • Cleaning and sanitising tour vehicles after each tour (as we have always done)
  • Wiping down handrails and other high-touch surfaces during the day


As a customer you will need to:

  • Complete a COVID 'check in form' before boarding our vehicle (either by using our QR code or by completing the paper form, provided to us by Service NSW)
  • Disclose to us if you have recently travelled to one of the 'hot spots' listed on the NSW Government website
  • Wear a face mask, if this is in line with NSW Government Health regulations at the time of travel
  • Inform the tour guide/driver if feeling unwell or have flu-like symptoms before/during the tour
  • Use the provided hand sanitiser before entering the tour vehicle
  • Have your temperature taken before boarding our vehicle on the morning of your tour
  • Practice social distancing wherever possible
  • Please respect that we have made this decision for the safety of all
