Connect Coaches use their fleet of mini buses to pick up passengers for their Public Day Tours when passengers live within the advertised pick up area.

Our pick up service vehicles will pick you up and drop you off as close to your front door as possible. When passengers live in a retirement village, it is often necessary to nominate a central pick up point within the village.

Public Day Tours can be paid for using the following methods:

Cheque, Credit Card or Bank Transfer

Upon booking a tour, Connect Coaches will email or post an invoice to you. There will be a due date on the invoice which indicates when payment should be received by. You are welcome to pay with a credit card over the phone - call us on 4325 4053 to pay using this method.

At Connect Coaches, we understand that passengers sometimes fall ill. If you need to cancel a public day tour due to illness, please contact our office on 43254053 or email us at admin@connectcoaches.com.au

A credit note may be isued for your next tour at the discretion of Connect Coaches. Please see our Terms & Conditionspage for more details.

Unfortunately at this stage, our vehicles cannot accommodate people with wheelchairs.

We do, however, have space on board for walkers.

Connect Coaches will always follow both Federal & State Government requirements at the time of Day Tour regarding the wearing of face mask .
