Frequently Asked Questions

Picture of Cruise Ship Boat

That is a good question....there are a number of types of Cruise & Airport shuttle services on the Central Coast but ours is a Group Booking Charter service.

This means that we take one single group booking from the Central Coast, Lake Macquarie or Newcastle to Sydney Airport or the Cruise Terminals and Central Station.

We collect you from your nominated address/es and drop you off to the terminal you require.
We can also pick you up from the terminal and drop you off at your nominated address/es.

We will allocate your pick-up time based on your flight departure time, type of flight (International or Domestic), the check-in time required and our knowledge of travel time required to get you to the Airport or Cruise Terminal in time to check in.

Bookings are essential and we recommend that you book with us as early as you possibly can prior to your date of travel. We can accept bookings up to 12 months in advance. We cannot guarantee the availability of seats at any time until your booking is confirmed & payment (either in full or a deposit) has been received by us. If you are travelling during school or public holiday periods, book as early as possible to avoid disappointment as seats do fill very quickly during these times.
You can check in online.

If you haven't checked in online then your cruise company should have provided you with a check-in time. Drop off your bags at the bag drop. Be sure to be at the cruise terminal at least an hour before you are set to depart.

You will have to walk through a metal detector and your belongings will go through the x-ray.

Make sure you take off and place in your carry-on luggage, your mobile phone, laptop computers/ tablets, and other large or small metal objects, coins, etc.

If you have artificial devices, like hip/ knee replacements, pacemakers, etc. let the security people know as you approach.

The security personnel will make the process as easy and as convenient as possible.

Things you should check with your cruise line before you bring them, just in case it's not allowed:
  • Alcohol
  • Other types of non-alcoholic drinks, water, etc.
  • Power boards/ extension leads.
  • Heating elements, kettles/ irons, etc.
  • Knives/ multi tools.
  • Fishing equipment.
  • Sports equipment
  • Drones
