Our pick up service vehicles will pick you up and drop you off as close to your front door as possible. When passengers live in a retirement village, it is often necessary to nominate a central pick up point within the village.

When it comes to payment, we provide you with convenient options. You can make payment for your tour using different methods such as Cheque, Credit Card, or Bank Transfer.

Once you have booked a tour with us, we will send you an invoice either via email or post. The invoice will include a due date indicating when we should receive the payment by. If you prefer to pay with a credit card, you can easily do so by calling our dedicated phone line at 4325 4053.

Our friendly staff will gladly assist you with the payment process. At Connect Coaches, we strive to provide you with the best experience. That's why we carefully select the finest tickets available at the most suitable prices for our passengers.

To secure your tickets, payment must be made within 14 days of booking. If not, the tickets will be released and made available to other passengers. We value your satisfaction and aim to make your tour experience memorable.

Alternatively, you can make the payment with your credit card over the phone. At Connect Coaches, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, including falling ill. If you find yourself needing to cancel a public day tour due to illness, we are here to assist. Simply contact our office at 43254053 or email us at admin@connectcoaches.com.au to inform us of your situation. Our team will then assess the situation and, at their discretion, may issue a credit note for your next tour. We recommend reviewing our Terms & Conditions page for more comprehensive information regarding cancellations. We always strive to have reserve lists for our various day tours, shows, and events, allowing us to make every effort to resell your ticket. Additionally, our extensive passenger database enables us to quickly reach out to potential replacements via email campaign, potentially resulting in a full refund for you.

We can accommodate walkers on board our vehicles, but unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate people in wheelchairs at this time..

In the event of an emergency, outside of business hours, please contact a staff member on 0243254053 or 0417281545 in cases of emergencies.

 

CONDITIONS OF SALE

  • There are no refunds or exchanges on any ticket/tour except as provided in the Entertainment Industry Code
  • If a ticket/tour is re-sold by Connect Coaches on your behalf, a per person cancellation fee of $10.00 per ticket/tour will apply
  • In the event of cancellation on a Coach Accommodation Holiday please refer to the specific Terms & Conditions provided on your booking confirmation.
  • It is the responsibility of all patrons to be at the pickup location at the correct times. Any patrons who fail to board are advised to make their own arrangements to the event where your tickets will be left at the box office. No refund applicable
  • Patrons boarding the Coach at any Club are reminded that the Coach will not enter the Club Carpark, the coach will pick up outside the main entrance. Patrons will not be paged inside the club premises
  • Connect Coaches reserves the right to remove any person/s not conducting themselves in a proper manner or behaving to the detriments of others
  • No eating or drinking (water accepted) or smoking is permitted on board any Entertainment Tours Coach
  • Should it be necessary for a particular departure to be cancelled by the promoter or Connect Coaches, where possible Connect Coaches will offer an alternate departure date or issue a full refund

No refunds for concert transfer ticket purchases, unless we can resell it. If the concert is canceled or postponed by the organizers, we will provide full refunds for tickets bought through us.

The Driver will coordinate with you when they arrive at the venue to inform you about parking location and what time you need to return to the bus after the concert. 

 

Connect Coaches departs from the Central Coast ensuring passengers arrive at the concert venue with plenty of time to spare. We prioritize early arrival to avoid potential traffic delays. Our goal is to provide a stress-free experience for all passengers.

 

The Driver will leave 30 minutes after the concert ends, giving passengers time to use the restrooms and locate the coach parking area. If all passengers have returned earlier, the Driver will depart before the designated time. Remember to save battery on your phone to ensure the Driver can contact you if necessary oe so that you can contact the driver if you are held up

We welcome passengers to enjoy a few quiet drinks on board, as long as they respect others. Unfortunately, eskies are not allowed, but small cooler bags are permitted. Passengers who have consumed excessive alcohol will not be allowed back on the bus for the return trip.

Connect Coaches offers public day tours, utilizing their fleet of mini buses to conveniently pick up passengers within the designated pick-up area. To easily locate the pick-up and drop-off points, click on the provided link to access the map. Join us for an unforgettable tour experience!

Our pick up service vehicles will pick you up and drop you off as close to your front door as possible. When passengers live in a retirement village, it is often necessary to nominate a central pick up point within the village.

 

Welcome to Public Day Tours! We offer a range of exciting tours for everyone to enjoy. To make booking and payment convenient, we accept payments through various methods. You can pay by cheque, credit card or bank transfer. Once you book a tour, we will send you an invoice via email or post. The invoice will have a due date indicating when payment should be received. You also have the option to pay with a credit card over the phone by calling 4325 4053.
