Training Day - What to Bring

Training Day

Prior to Training

There is not really a lot to do prior to training as long as you have successfully completed the RMS knowledge test  and you have purchased your Competency Based log book from Service NSW.

I do, however, suggest that a day or two prior to your course, if you have not heard from Liam, that you text him on 0417281545 just to touch base and to make sure that the pick up point, type of licence and start time are correct.

What to bring

On the day you will need to bring your Competency Based Log Book and your Drivers Licence. Training cannot proceed without either of these.

Clothing

I strongly suggest that the clothes you wear on the day are comfortable for driving, especially in the Summer as you will be doing a lot of driving. If you have PPE clothes such as steel cap boots and high visible clothing, this would be great, but not essential. Thongs will not be allowed. You may choose to bring a raincoat or hat in wet or hot conditions.

Lunch

You are more than welcome to bring your own lunch for the day, however, Liam generally stops for lunch at a takeaway shop somewhere along the route, depending on how the client is going and when the client is ready for a break.

We also may stop for a few coffee breaks along the way if required.

It is strongly recommended that you bring some water.

Payment on the day

Our preferred method of payment is Direct Credit beforehand but if you have not paid prior to your training and plan on paying on the day, we accept Cash, Mastercard,Visa or Cheque.
