Dobell House: the Home & Studio of Sir William Dobell

Join us as we visit Dobell House, originally built in the 1920s as a two room weekender. Purchased by artist William Dobell from his father's estate in 1942, the house was added to over the years. After Dobell's death, a group of local residents raised money to purchase the house from his estate with the vision to create a museum and gallery to honour his memory as well as providing knowledge about and understanding of this Archibald Prize winner's art.
