Mayfield Gardens Autumn Festival 2024 - SOLD OUT

Tuesday 16th - Thursday 18th April, 2024

Day 1  - Central Coast to Bathurst

7.30-8.30am - Home pick up service then depart Kariong with a comfort stop enroute to Bilpin

10.45-11.30am - Stop at Bilpin Fruit Bowl & enjoy a delicious morning tea

Visit Yengo Sculpture Garden & spend time exploring this interesting garden with its unique sculptures. Lunch will be provided by us (a choice of wraps & a cool drink) which you can enjoy in these tranquil surrounds.

Afternoon visit will be at Gory'u Japanese Gardens where you can experience a little piece of Japan in the picturesque Hartley Valley. This garden offers wonderful Japanese maples, flowering cherries, structured black pines and dwarf spruce representing the cedars of Japan.

Arrive at our accommodation for the next 2 nights by late afternoon - Mantra Bathurst

Day 1 Inclusions: home pick up service, transport, morning tea, lunch, entry & guided tour fees of gardens, accommodation, 2 course dinner

Day 2 - Mayfield Gardens

7:30 - 8:30am - After enjoying a hearty breakfast in the Skyline restaurant at our accommodation, we travel onto Oberon to attend the Mayfield Gardens Autumn Festival. 

10am - 2pm - During the Autumn Festival, the Hawkins Family Garden is open to visitors so this is your opportunity to explore the entire 65 hectares of Mayfield. Get lost in the traditional English inspired Maze, see the Croquet Court, the Hawkins’ Family Chapel, the Chook Hilton, the 80 metre Cascade & Temple and much more!
Lunch is included at the Mayfield Garden Cafe.

4pm - Arrive back at the Mantra after a bit of free time in the town of Bathurst

Day 2 Inclusions:  breakfast, transport, entry into Mayfield Gardens, lunch, accommodation, 2 course dinner

Day 3 - Bathurst to Central Coast via Mt Wilson

7:30 - 8:30am - Breakfast at the Mantra then it's time to hit the road & head for home, travelling along the Bells Line of Road.  

10.15 - 11.15am - Inspect Nooroo Garden at Mt Wilson, taking in some higher climate Autumn colours

Midday - 1:30pm - Visit the Blue Mountains Botanic Garden at Mt Tomah, the only botanic garden in Australia located within a UNESCO World Heritage Area & enjoy lunch in the gardens                                

Continue back to the Central Coast through Bilpin, Kurrajong Village, Richmond and Windsor. Arrive on Central Coast approximately 4:30pm where our home drop off service will commence.
