Sydney Fish markets Fish N Chips Tour
Today we travel to Sydney for a unique experience visiting the Sydney Heritage Fleet, Australia's largest collection of operational heritage ships and boats, plus a cruise on Rozelle Bay and a visit to Sydney Fish Markets.
Fist stop is Wharf 7 Pyrmont where we are welcomed by our guide who will take us around Australia's largest collection of small heritage vessels, boats and engines. See the replica of Captain Bligh's 3600 mile open sea voyage Longboat Bass & Flinders "Tom Thumb II" and a First Fleet Jollyboat. View close-up the mighty 1874 restored windjammer "James Craig", Sydney's very own tall ship. Sooo many things to see! Back on the Coach and across to the Fleet's Shipyard at Rozelle where restoration work on several boats is taking place. Walk the decks of fully restored vessels such as the 1902 VIP Steam Launch "Lady Hoptoun". We then board the 50 year old launch "Harman" to cruise Rozelle Bay and across Blackwattle Bay to the Sydney Fish Markets.
Sydney Fish Markets is Australia's largest seafood and produce market, a great place for lunch and a stroll around. (Lunch at own expense)
We then reboard the Coach for our trip home.
