Join us as we travel to the Windsor area to celebrate Christmas in July at the Crowne Plaza, Hawkesbury Valley. You will be treated to wine & cheese tasting in the Hunter Valley before making our way along the Putty Road to Windsor. A Christmas-themed dinner with all the trimmings will be enjoyed at the Crowne Plaza that evening before retiring for the night in one of their newly refurbished rooms.
Day 1 Central Coast to Hawkesbury Valley
7:30am - 8:30am Home pick up service in the Central Coast area (Please click here for pick up area map)
8:30am - Depart the Central Coast for Pokolbin
10:00am - Morning Tea - Homemade slices, tea & coffee, provided by Connect Coaches
10:30am - 12:00pm - Wine & Cheese tasting
Travel via the scenic Putty Road from Pokolbin to Windsor, stopping off at the Grey Gum Cafe for lunch
1:15pm - 2:00pm Grey Gum Cafe - Comfort & Lunch stop
3:30 - 6:00pm - Free time to enjoy the facilities - have a workout at the gym, play a game of tennis, go for a dip in their indoor pool and explore the garden.
6:00pm - Christmas in July dinner in the Crowne Plaza's Harvest Dining Room
Day Two - Hawkesbury Valley - Central Coast
8:00am - 9:00am - Breakfast at the Crowne Plaza
9:30am - 11:30am - Scenic drive exploring historic Windsor
12:00pm - 2:00pm - High Tea in the Gazebo Courtyard of the Crowne Plaza, Hawkesbury Valley
2:30pm - Head back to the Central Coast via Wiseman's Ferry (time permitting)

Covid-19 Safety Procedures:
As part of our commitment & responsibility in keeping our drivers & passengers safe, we have a Covid-19 Safety Plan:
- All passengers must be feeling healthy & well on the day of travel & not be experiencing symptoms associated with Covid-19 (cold/flu-like symptoms)
- All passengers should wear a mask when travelling in our vehicle if this in line with NSW Health regulations
- Hand sanitiser will be available throughout the day.
- High touch points (handrails, seatbelts etc.) will be wiped down with disinfectant before passengers board the vehicle for the return journey.

Tour Bookings, Payment & Further Information:
A deposit of $100 is required to hold your booking. This deposit should be paid within 7 days of booking.
Payment of balance must be received by the due date which is printed on the invoice. If payment has not been received by the due date & alternate arrangements have not been made by contacting Liam or Alison, Connect Coaches reserves the right to consider this booking cancelled & to reissue this ticket to another person.

Once payment has been received, refunds will not be issued unless we can resell your ticket or unless government regulations requires us to postpone or cancel a tour/event.
Private travel insurance is highly recommended and is the responsibility of the passenger to arrange.
Our home pick up & drop off service applies to those passengers who live within the advertised pick up area for each tour. Alison or Liam will contact passengers a few days before a day tour to confirm pick-up times & locations.
