7:30am - 8:30am Home pick up service then depart Kariong

9:15am - 9:30am Comfort stop & purchase a coffee - Thornleigh McDonalds

11:30am - 12:45pm - Lunch in Leura Village (passengers to purchase or bring their lunch from home)

2:15pm - Comfort stop at Bathurst

3:30-4:00pm - Arrive at accommodation - The Remington, Orange

6:30pm - Dinner at accommodation (2 courses)

Day 2 - Orange - Dubbo via Wellington Caves

7:30 - 8:30am - Full breakfast at accommodation before checking out at 8.45am

9:00-9:30am - Visit Orange Regional Museum

11:00am - 1:00pm - Morning tour of Wellington Caves followed by lunch - assorted sandwiches, wraps, fruit, tea/coffee

1:00pm - Depart Wellington Caves for Dubbo Zoo

2:00pm - Arrive at Dubbo Zoo & settle into your Animal View Zoofari Lodge before enjoying what the venue has planned during your stay with them

• Cocktail Happy Hour at the Zoofari Lodge Guest House (optional activity - not included in price)
• Giraffe Encounter
• Canapes followed by dinner in the Main House dining room
• Safari Night Tour after dinner (onboard the zoo’s safari truck)

Day 3 - Dubbo - Mudgee

6:45-8:15am - Safari Morning Tour (Go behind the scenes onboard the zoo’s open safari truck)

8:15am - Breakfast served at the Guest House

10:00am - Zoo accommodation check out 

10:15am - 1.15pm - Tour the main part of Dubbo Zoo travelling in Connect Coaches' vehicle followed by lunch at the cafe (not included in price)

3.30-4pm - Arrive at Parklands Resort, Mudgee & enjoy some relaxation time at this beautiful venue

6.30pm - Dinner at Parklands Resort (2 courses)

Day 4 - Mudgee Local Day

7:30 - 8:30am - Breakfast at Parklands Resort

9:15-9:45am - We'll take a drive through town to view some of the colonial buildings & learn about their history

10:00am-12:00pm - Guided stud tour of Goree Park & wine tasting - this historic property is a renowned world class thoroughbred breeding and training facility & is also known for having one of the largest vineyards in the district

12.30-2:00pm - Free time to explore the town & to purchase lunch 

2:30-3:00pm - Cheese tasting at High Valley Cheese 

3:00-4:00pm - Wine tasting at Gilbert Family Wines

6.30pm - Dinner at Parklands Resort (2 courses)

Day 5 -  Mudgee - Central Coast via Merriwa

7:30 - 8:30am - Breakfast at Parklands Resort

9:00am - 9:45am - Visit Mudgee's Honey Haven before departing for Merriwa

11:30am - 12:30pm - Lunch in Merriwa (passengers to purchase) & take a photo of Merriwa's silo art before departing for Tuggerah (there will be a comfort stop at Branxton)

4:00pm - Approx. arrival time back on the Coast & commence home drop off service

Please click here to complete an Expression of Interest Form. We will book you in & email you an invoice for a deposit if we have a seat available. If we do not have a seat available, we will place you on our Reserve List in case we have a cancellation.

Once a booking has been made, a $200 deposit is to be paid within 14 days to secure your seat with the balance payable 10 weeks before our departure date.
