7:30am - 8:30am - Home pick up service then depart Kariong

Comfort stop & purchase a coffee - Thornleigh McDonalds

Lunch stop in Leura Village (passengers to purchase or bring their lunch from home)

Comfort stop at Bathurst Visitor Information Centre

3:30-4:00pm - Arrive at our accommodation for the night - The Remington, Orange

6:30pm - Dinner at accommodation (2 courses, served alternately)

Day 2 - Orange to Dubbo via Yeoval

7:30 - 8:30am - Breakfast at accommodation before checking out at 8.45am

10:00am - Visit the Banjo Patterson Museum in Yeoval & purchase e a cuppa from their cafe 

12:00-1:45pm - Arrive at the RFDS Visitor Experience Centre in Dubbo & enjoy lunch at the Outback Trek Café before participating in a tour of the centre

2:00pm - Approximate arrival time at Dubbo Zoo & settle into your Zoofari Bushland Lodge before enjoying what the venue has planned during your stay with them

Please note; the following is a sample itinerary only & is subject to change:

• Cocktail Happy Hour at the Zoofari Lodge Guest House (optional activity - not included in price)
• Giraffe Encounter
• Canapes followed by dinner in the Main House dining room
• Safari Night Tour after dinner (onboard the zoo’s safari truck)

Day 3 - Dubbo to Mudgee

Early morning Safari Tour (Go behind the scenes onboard the zoo’s open safari truck)

Immediately following the tour, a cooked breakfast will be served up at the Guest House before checking out at 10:00am

10:15am - 1.30pm - Tour the main part of Dubbo Zoo travelling in Connect Coaches' vehicle followed by lunch at the cafe (not included in price)

3.30pm - Arrive at Parklands Resort, Mudgee & enjoy some free time at this beautiful venue

6.30pm - Dinner at Parklands Resort (2 courses, pre-selected)

Day 4 - Mudgee Local Day

7:30 - 8:30am - Breakfast at Parklands Resort 

9:00am - 9:40am - Visit Mudgee's Honey Haven 

10:00am - Guided stud tour of Gooree Park & wine tasting - this historic property is a renowned world class thoroughbred breeding and training facility & is also known for having one of the largest vineyards in the district

1:00-2:30pm - Free time to explore the town & to purchase lunch 

3:00pm - Cheese tasting at High Valley Cheese

6.30pm - Dinner at Parklands Resort (2 courses, pre-selected)

Day 5 -  Mudgee - Central Coast via Merriwa

7:30 - 8:30am - Breakfast at Parklands Resort before departing at 8:45am

11:00am - 12:15pm - Early lunch in Merriwa (passengers to purchase) & take a photo of Merriwa's silo art before departing for Tuggerah (there will be a comfort stop at Branxton)

3:30 - 4:00pm - Approx. arrival time back on the Coast & commence home drop off service

Bookings & Enquiries:

Please click here to complete an Expression of Interest Form. We will book you in & email you an invoice for a deposit if we have a seat available. If we do not have a seat available, we will place you on our Reserve List in case we have a cancellation.

Once a booking has been made, a $300 deposit is to be paid within 14 days to secure your seat with the balance payable 10 weeks before our departure date.

You are welcome to pay the balance in instalments, however, this must be arranged with Alison or Liam at the time of booking.
