Smoking:
Prohibited on coaches in NSW
Alcohol:
Alcohol is allowed on board in moderation on a private charter.
The driver has the right at his discretion to remove or refuse entry onboard to anyone who he feels is a risk to the safety of other passengers, himself or the vehicle.
Booking Confirmation:
Bookings will not be guaranteed until full payment has been received.
Extra Time Required On The Day:
Our coach & driver can sometimes be required for other jobs following your charter on the same day so it's important that charters run to time.
Over Time Rates:
Rates are charged at $60 per hour if charter runs past the 4 hours.
Cleaning Fee:
Will be charged if excessive rubbish is left behind or someone has been sick [ $40 Per Hour ]
Cancellation Fees:
100% Refund 20 + days
75% Refund 15 - 19 Days
50% Refund 10 - 14 Days
25% Refund 5-9 Days
Airport Transfers Time allowance:
6 hour time slots are allowed for Airport Transfers to the Central Coast.
7 hour time slots are allowed for Airport Transfers to the Lake Macquarie.
8 hour time slots are allowed for Airport Transfers to the Newcastle.
This time includes:
Time starts at the depot, pre-departure checks
Travel time to pick up passengers from their designated pick-up points
Return trip to and from the airport
Refueling time at the completion of the trip
Bus cleaning time at the end of trip (sweeping bus, picking up rubbish etc)
It is strongly recommended that you communicate with Connect Coaches on the return trip home if your plane will be arriving late to avoid any extra cost.
