Day Tour Bookings, Payment & Further Information::
Payment must be received by the due date which is printed on the invoice.
If payment has not been received by the due date & alternate arrangements have not been made by contacting Liam or Alison, Connect Coaches reserves the right to consider this booking cancelled & to reissue this ticket to another person.
We will contact you a few days before the tour to confirm your pick-up time & location.
Day tours will usually only go ahead if 10 people have booked & paid.
Refunds or credits for Connect Coaches' component of day tours (i.e. transport, home pick up/drop off service, morning tea etc.) will usually only be issued if at least 72 hours notice is provided. If Connect Coaches has already paid a third party (i.e. venue, lunch, tour guide, cruise etc.), this component cannot be refunded or credited.
