11:30am - 12:30pm - Lunch Stop - Leura Village (passengers to purchase or bring their lunch from home)

2:00pm  - Bathurst (comfort stop)

3:30pm - 4:30pm  - Milthorpe

5:00pm - Arrive at accommodation - Best Western Plus Ambassador, Orange

6:30pm - Dinner at motel

7:30 - 8:15am - Breakfast at the motel

8:30am - Quick drive around Orange Town Centre

9:30 - 10:00am - Molong town visit

11:00am - 1:00pm - Morning tour followed by lunch - Wellington Caves

1:00pm - Depart Wellington Caves for Dubbo Zoo

2:00pm - Arrive at Dubbo Zoo & check into your Zoofari Lodge

3:30 - 4:30pm - Cocktail Hour at the Zoofari Lodge Guest House (optional activity - not included in price)

4:45 - 5:30pm - Giraffe Encounter (approx. 1km walk)

6:00pm - Canapes followed by an African-inspired dinner in the Main House dining room

8:00pm - Trivia fun 

Day 3 - Dubbo - Mudgee

7:30am - Early morning Safari Tour (aboard the zoo’s open safari truck)

8:30am - Breakfast served in the Guest House

10:00am - Zoo accommodation check out 

10:30am - 1.00pm - Free time to explore more at the Zoo & to purchase lunch (at own expense)

3:00 - 3:30pm - Cheese tasting at Mudgee High Valley Cheese Co. before checking into Parklands Resort 

6pm - Dinner at Parklands Resort - 3 Course Dinner

Day 3 -  Mudgee - Central Coast via Merriwa

7:30 - 8:30am - Breakfast at Parklands Resort

9:00am - 10:00am - Free time to explore Mudgee Town Centre

10:15 - 11:00am - Visit Mudgee's Honey Haven 

11:00am - Depart Mudgee 

12:30pm - 1:30pm - Merriwa - Lunch stop (passengers to purchase)

3:30pm - Pokolbin Village - comfort stop

5:00pm - Approx. arrival time back on the Coast & commence home drop off service
