We depart the Central Coast after home pick ups & follow the Nepean River on our journey south west to discover the rural and historic beauty of Camden.
Morning tea will be enjoyed at Plough & Harrow in Abbotsbury, a popular picnic area surrounded by beautiful native bushland.
We then continue on to Camden, where we will be joined on our vehicle by a local tour guide. She will take us on a 90 minute journey around Camden, providing us with specialised commentary about the industrious Macarthur family and the legacies they left to the nation and we will see some of the region's early colonial buildings.
Following the tour, we head over to the Camden Hotel for lunch before departing this historic area by 2.30pm.
