Christmas in July at the Crowne Plaza 21st-22nd July, 2023

Join us as we travel to the Windsor area to celebrate Christmas in July at the Crowne Plaza On our way to the Hawkesbury Valley, you will be treated to a delicious lunch at Leura's "Bygone Beautys Treasured Teapot Museum & Tearooms" before admiring the view of the Blue Mountains from one of its lookouts. Tastings at the Hillbilly Cider Shed follows before checking into the beautiful Crowne Plaza & enjoying a Christmas-themed dinner with all the trimmings before retiring for the night in one of their newly refurbished rooms. 

Day 1 Central Coast to Hawkesbury Valley 

7:30am - 8:30am Home pick up service in the Central Coast area (Please click here for pick up area map)

8:30am - Depart the Central Coast for Leura

11:00am - 1:00pm - Lunch at Bygone Beautys followed by free time to explore Leura

1:30pm - Hargraves Lookout

3:00pm - Cider tastings at the Hillbilly Cider Shed, Bilpin

4:00 - 6:00pm - Free time to enjoy the facilities - have a workout at the gym, play a game of tennis, go for a dip in their indoor pool and explore the garden.

6:30pm - Christmas in July dinner in the Crowne Plaza's Harvest Dining Room

Day Two - Hawkesbury Valley to Central Coast

8:00am - 9:00am - Breakfast at the Crowne Plaza 

9:30am - 11:30am - Scenic drive exploring historic Windsor & Ebenezer

12:00pm - 1:30pm - High Tea in the Lachlan Macquarie Room of the Crowne Plaza, Hawkesbury Valley 

1:30pm - Head back to the Central Coast via Wiseman's Ferry (time & weather permitting)

Single - $770 per person

Twin Share / Double - $630 per person

Tour Bookings, Payment & Further Information:

A deposit of $200 is required to hold your booking. This deposit should be paid within 14 days of booking.

Payment of balance must be received by the due date which is printed on the invoice. If payment has not been received by the due date & alternate arrangements have not been made by contacting Liam or Alison, Connect Coaches reserves the right to consider this booking cancelled & to reissue this ticket to another person.

Once payment has been received, refunds will not be issued unless we can resell your ticket or unless government regulations requires us to postpone or cancel a tour/event.

Private travel insurance is highly recommended and is the responsibility of the passenger to arrange.

Our home pick up & drop off service applies to those passengers who live within the advertised pick up area for each tour. Alison or Liam will contact passengers a week before a tour to confirm pick-up times & locations.
